This class will focus on understanding the Flamenco music and rhythm, terminology, footwork, upper body coordination, palmas (hand clapping) and proper posture for the dance.
In preparation for the 2017 Alta Gala, this class will break down and explain the structure of Sevillanas - a vivid dance style, full of turns and hand movements danced by couples, or groups – a traditional dance enjoyed at parties and especially at the Feria de Sevilla in Spain!
