Rachel Ross to create the film, “The Art of Winter”, which strives to tell the story of people in the snow sports industry who create community in the Wasatch and beyond. $500

2021  Isabelle LaMotte and Kyle Toohey to create a film about Taylor Martin.  The film will tell the story of Taylor’s near tragic accident that led to a shift in his perspective on life. $1000

Joshi Haskellfor a week camping as a resident artist in Albion Basin and supplies to create art. The week will be spent experiencing and creating art based on the beauty of Little Cottonwood Canyon. $500

2020 Nicholas Lacey, for product design and sewing of ski travel bags. Funds will be used for industrial grade sewing machine. $1000 

Michael Brzozowski, to work on large scale Little Cottonwood Canyon landscape paintings. Funds will be used for the purchase of canvases, paint and brushes. $500

2019 Rebecca Johnson for her upcoming book “Ski Lift Secrets”.  Funds will go towards creative writing course, professional editing of manuscript, subscription to Publishers Marketplace, & website development. $1000

2018 Vicky Merryman to create a calendar with a series of watercolor paintings featuring Alta's landscape. Vicky will be donating calendars to ACE. $1000

2017 Kyle Frederick to build a mobile ceramics studio. The mobile studio will be a small-enclosed trailer that would house a wheel, shelving, a worktable, a clay reclaiming table with a plaster top, a sink, and a small electric kiln. $1000

Marissa Scharlau to aid the start-up of a clothing brand of fun and unique ski apparel, designed and using heat transfer vinyl to add graphics, prints, and designs to ski jackets and pants. $500
