Join Alta locals, Michael Campanelli & Julie Swinson, to learn the tricks of Cast Iron Dutch Oven Cooking. While Mike and Jules do not consider themselves pros, they have cooked dutch oven style for 2 years and have about 20 recipes up their sleeve.
Attendees will make and taste about 5 or 6 savory and sweet culinary options. Recipes will be available for you to take home. Dress warm!
