Welcoming Winter Solstice in Mind & Body
December 16th │6PM │ Our Lady of the Snows │$5 │ Pre-Register
PLEASE REVIEW OUR COVID PROTOCOL BEFORE REGISTERING.
The Winter Solstice reminds us to honor our connection to the natural world as the Earth prepares to take rest under a blanket of snow. As Little Cottonwood Canyon begins to roll out its white carpet for snow riders from around the world, let's take an evening to get grounded and centered within ourselves and enjoy our connection to each other and our home in the Wasatch Mountains. Please join us as we move the body in a way that prepares the mind to have a restorative experience in the beauty of the Wasatch Mountains. Each guest will go home with a locally made candle to ring in the changing of seasons.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and water.
