Attendees will come and learn new exercises that will improve strength, mobility, and flexibility; ultimately helping the individuals prevent injury and feel their strongest whilst playing in the mountains. People should come wearing sneakers and workout clothes. 

Sarah is so excited to coach the Alta community. She is a firm believer that putting time into your body outside of your prospective sport will allow you to feel stronger, push harder, and achieve your goals in the mountains. Sarah is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. She has worked in the fitness field for 4 years, and is a Ski Patroller at Alta. She practices what she preaches; staying strong outside of work allows her to do the job and stay in shape.

This is a recurring event, and will occur on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday’s of each month between January-April.
