new year’s soundbath: sacred union with self

With all the many roles we play in life, we have a tendency of losing ourselves. This time with Shelby will be one of coming to yourself.  No experience is necessary, just come with an open mind and an intention to find inner peace to guide you through the New Year.  

We will perform a releasing ceremony with the element of Fire. We will anchor in our intentions of the New Year with the element of Air/Sound. We will drink in our manifestations with the element of Water. We will ground in our desires with the element of Earth.  

Shelby creates an experience with ritual and ceremony as well as releasing/relaxation with Singing Bowls, Drumming and Toning.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket (the floor can get chilly), a pillow, and water.  

Mother, Sister, Wife, Daughter - seeker by nature, trained to the sensitivities of the unseen, creator of sacred space, anchoring light on this planet while birthing a new earth. Shelby’s previous life was a healer of the new age arts. Now, she is witness to our own innate gifts to heal ourselves and create our own realities.
