Join ACE for an introduction to shrubs for use in cocktails/mocktails with Mike Campanelli.

In this Introduction to Shrubs class Mike will educate guests on what a shrub is and allow them to taste different shrubs, which will highlight the versatility and variety of shrubs. Each participant will make a shrub they can take home. Guests will also receive cocktail/mocktail recipes they can try with their very own shrub.

Originally from upstate New York, Mike moved to Alta 13 years ago. It was not long before he found himself with one of the most coveted jobs in Alta; bartending at the Sitzmark. While bartending, Mike has grown passionate about delicious cocktails made with unique and flavorful mixers. This passion turned into a hobby in 2017 as he began making his own bitters. From bitters he expanded into shrubs, simple syrups and more; anything to make a cocktail just right. Currently Mike is working on expanding his marketing presence for my mixer company; Abominable Bar.
