MVMT mantras for mental health & motivation

MVMT Mantras for Mental Health & Motivation will support you in identifying your unique areas of hesitation or needed growth & healing.
You'll learn & practice how to release yourself from the limits or control of unhelpful beliefs & patterns. You'll learn how to stay connected to & embody the vision of your goals through using your amazing human body as a resource for healing, inspiration, & forward momentum.
You'll leave this class with an understanding of how MVMT & Mantras can propel you towards your goals, with an inspiring MVMT Mantra to practice, & with the confidence to create custom MVMT Mantras of your own.
This course is designed to be accessible for all folx 18+ & movement can be modified to accommodate any soul.
Please dress in comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement. Please bring a journal, writing utensil, your beautiful body, & a willingness to move & evolve.
Michelle's enthusiasm for movement was inspired by her childhood. She grew up in Dimple Dell, at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, with the majestic mountains and the dance studio being her most treasured playgrounds. After a robust professional dance career, she completed a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She founded POW Therapy: Place of Optimal Wellness and currently specializes in sex & relationship therapy, EMDR therapy, and holistic health.
Because Michelle's private therapy sessions can be financially out of reach for many, she hosts free community mental health events as a way to broaden access to valuable education & healing inspiration. Fun fact: Michelle's number one passion is telemark skiing, which inspired her businesses name POW Therapy!
