During this virtual cooking class, you will learn how to make an impressive yet simple weeknight dinner, sun-dried tomato chicken with cream sauce served over savory polenta. While our meal is cooking, we’ll be discussing mindful eating, a tool that can be used to cultivate a positive relationship with food and the body.
Madeleine French, MS, RDN and Emily Preib, MS, RDN met during graduate school at the University of Utah studying nutrition and integrative physiology. They immediately bonded over their mutual interest in mindful eating. Madeleine manages nutrition education programming at the University of Utah Center for Community Nutrition. Emily works as an outpatient dietitian at the Huntsman Cancer Institute, providing nutrition counseling to cancer patients. Both ladies love backpacking and skiing in their free time.
