roll into recovery: elevate your ski season with self-myofascial release
Wednesday, March 31st | 5:30 PM | Our Lady of the Snows | $5 | Sign-up Required
In this class, you’ll be guided through a self-myofascial release practice using therapy balls to address common areas that can become tight and restricted from skiing. You’ll have an opportunity to slow down, tune into your body, and discover where you may be holding tension. This class is perfect for skiers looking to enhance their recovery routine, improve mobility, and feel their best throughout the ski season. BRING YOUR OWN MAT.
