alta community acupuncture
Friday, December 19th | 5-8 PM | Our Lady of the Snows | $20-$40 | Sign-up Required
Attendees will get to experience a gentle and restorative, personalized acupuncture treatment. This is a great introduction to acupuncture treatment and an opportunity for anyone looking to address pain, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, digestive issues, and support overall recovery ahead of the busy holiday season. Each person will be able to relax in a zero gravity recliner or on a yoga mat, with bolsters and blankets. Wear comfy, loose fitting clothing if possible. After a brief conversation, I will gently place very thin, single-use, sterile needles in the arms, legs, head and ears primarily. Each treatment is specifically tailored to address your health concerns. You will be able to relax with the needles for as long as you'd like. People often rest for 25-60 minutes. Please book your treatment time, fill out your consent form ahead of time, and bring an extra blanket and pillow if possible. Treatments are offered on a sliding scale of $20-$40, you decide what you can afford (Venmo or cash).
