Explore a Puerto Rican classic dish - Arroz Con Pollo with Tracy of Vankwartel Spices. As we cook together we will discuss the culinary history and cultural influences that shape this comforting dish. We will also have a vegetarian option for those that do not consume poultry. Upon sign up participants will receive an ingredient list. 

Tracy launched Van Kwartel Flavor Science at the ACE holiday market in 2011. With an emphasis on bringing the Caribbean flavors of her cultural heritage to your home; their sauces, marinades, drink mixers and spice blends make these refreshing tastes easy and accessible.
