Art of Fermentation

Learn the basics of fermentation with Cache Canning. You will leave with your own batch of fermented kraut, knowledge and equipment to make healthy and delicious ferments at home. This class is geared towards beginners but everyone is welcome.
ATTENDEES MUST BRING THEIR OWN:
Cutting board
Knife
Bowl - medium to large size
Please note this class is an in-person event. Each student will have 112 square feet of space and doors will be open. All safety protocols as suggested by the phased guidelines from the state as listed under events, cultural arts & entertainment will be followed.
