Backpacking season is upon us! Time to start planning which trails to hike and, most importantly, what to eat! In this class, you will learn how to make a delicious banana coconut french toast when camping or backpacking, share tips, and tricks for cooking in the backcountry, and leave with recipe ideas for your next trip.
Maddie French is a dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor who works with clients who are interested in improving their relationships with food and their bodies. She combines her love for cooking with her love for backpacking by preparing lavish meals in the backcountry.
