Making Gnocchi is artistic and wonderful. It’s actually a lot like making PIE CRUST!! Did you know that? Join Katie Weinner to learn how to make the softest, fluffiest little edible ‘pillows’ and create a sauce too. You’ll never look at a potato the same after this class.
Ingredients and supply list below - *At the start of class have your potatoes baked and still warm. Instructions: wash them and poke with a fork then bake about 50 to 60 minutes at 425°F (you really can’t over-bake a potato, so make sure they’re done!). Gnocchi making always begins with a warm potato!
PS: don’t microwave the potato, it’ll result in cement-like gnocchi....we don’t want that!!!!
