elevate the art of mocktails

In this class, students will learn some tips and tricks for home bartending while focusing on what makes a good mocktail. We will make multiple mocktails in class, while discussing the techniques and inspirations. Attendees will go home with greater confidence in home bartending and some simple recipes to follow at home for their next non-alcoholic occasion to raise a glass.

As a seasoned bartender in Alta, Mike enjoys the art of making cocktails. He started Abominable Bar in 2017 to create unique mixers to share the joy of custom cocktails with the home bartender. Over the years, Mike has constantly tested, tinkered with and created hundreds of different drinks. He enjoys the experimentation of it. And when you find the right ingredient, it feels great to share the joy with others.
