Local artisan, Amy Stephens of Root + Rise Botanicals, will be offering a class on natural, indigo dye to create rich fiber products. Amy will share information about Shibori, the traditional method of resist dying in Japan, using materials that are accessible for you at home. Class attendees will have the opportunity to fold and dip their own Tea Towels. The beautiful blues in contrast with clean white cottons is a mesmerizing artistic design that will leave you pleased with anything you create!
