Join ACE and Megan Zarnetske to discuss the roles of identities, power, and privilege in our lives. This event will be held outdoors - weather depending.

Participants will:

• Define bias, socialization, normativity

• Discuss the effects of dominant narratives of behavior

• Investigate how oppression operates in their everyday lives

Megan Zarnetske of Process Forward and her business partner, Clasutina, and have been facilitating discussions surrounding inequity for many years. Together they strive to have an effect within their spheres of influence - to encourage self-reflection and forward thinking.
