Let’s talk about the fears and stresses we all have been through during the Covid-19 epidemic and learn some effective ways to cope. We will have guests, Leah Woods, musician, and Sarah Snedaker, Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student.

Not only do you get to see two of your favorite Alta locals, but you can also listen, connect, and learn.

We will start with Leah breaking the ice and sharing her story of life since March 14th. Then we will have Sarah sharing ways to cope and deal with what we are all experiencing. We will open up Q&A after that. AND THEN WE WILL CHEERS!
