Looking for support for depression, anxiety, bipolar or other mental disorders? ACE is providing a safe space for individuals living with mental health conditions in the Little Cottonwood community. Join two licensed clinical social workers with whom you can openly talk at will or just sit and listen. We hope you learn from others experiences as well as help others with your experiences, self-care skills and coping strategies.
