Learn methods to grow your own oyster mushrooms in our dry climate. Attendees will create and take home a kit to cultivate their own oyster mushrooms. Oyster mushrooms are an excellent source of protein and other nutrients, and are a blast to grow!

Katie Lawson has been farming for ten years and growing mushrooms for five. She started her company, Fungal Focus, in 2019 to teach people about fungi.
