Learn how to turn whatever is in your fridge into a beautiful and healthy creation with Anna and ACE. Join us for an hour-long virtual class where we make a Goddess Grain Bowl, which is simply a combination of grains, vegetables, nuts/seeds, and a delicious sauce.
Between busy schedules and quarantine cooking burnout, we get that creativity in the kitchen may not be high on your priority list right now. But with limited restaurant availability and social gatherings for the foreseeable future, knowing how to cook your own food without breaking the bank is more important now than ever before.
After living and cooking in her van for 2+ years, Anna has adopted the practice of “making something out of anything” and has found many hacks to keep cooking simple, healthy, and enjoyable. For more food inspiration and van life content in the meantime, check out @vannaspice on Instagram, an account dedicated to cooking simple and seasonal meals from the van.
