This 90-minute class is designed for those who want to learn and participate in spiritual rituals and ceremonies to release old, stagnant energy from 2023, to call in and hold space for the blessings of 2024, and to access their higher self. During the class, we will have a burning ceremony, higher self-meditation, a cacao ceremony, and a sound bath. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and layers, as the space fluctuates with temperature.

Shelby is a trained Psychic-Medium Certified Foot Zoner, Energy Worker, Sound Healer, and Meditation Teacher. She has 10+ years of experience.
