painting with alcohol ink
Tuesday, October 1st | 6 PM | Our Lady of the Snows | $5 | Sign-up Required
In this class, students will learn the basics of alcohol ink. Students will use inks, rubbing alcohol, and air. It is wonderful for anyone with or without painting experience. Students will leave with a one-of-a-kind 12x12 frame-able piece of abstract art and the knowledge and information to continue. This fluid art form is both relaxing and enjoyable.
Vicki has a wide range of experience with many different mediums. From face painting and makeup to acrylics on canvas and murals. She fell in love with alcohol inks a few years ago because of the unique abstract style they produce. This fluid art form is like nothing else because the inks and metallics are activated with rubbing alcohol and moved with air to create beautiful abstract shapes and colors. This art form is very soothing and relaxing.
