Students will learn techniques to reduce soreness from skiing using the art of self-myofascial release, focusing on releasing tension and improving flexibility and mobility with therapy balls. This class is perfect for those looking to enhance their ski recovery routine, stay limber, and feel their best throughout the ski season. You will leave with a deeper understanding of your body, along with practical tools to integrate self-care into your ski recovery routine.
