Now is the time to start planning for your fall and winter harvest. We will cover season extension, crop selection for cold months, and how best to prepare your garden for the next spring. This class will be great for anyone who would like to have produce longer and learn about how to grow food in the winter months.

Madsnacks Produce is a small, biodynamic farm in Oakley. Madison and Chloe started down in Salt Lake City in 2018 and before they had land of their own, they used people's front yards and turned them into market gardens! Madison and Chloe moved to Oakley at the end of 2019 and now farm on a little less than an acre behind their home. They love what they do and being able to share what they do with their community.
