small business owner's mental health: name it and change it
Thursday, June 20th | 6 PM | Our Lady of the Snows | $5 | Sign-up Required
Small Business owners need to juggle a lot. That causes stress, overwhelm, and burnout, leading to poor results in life and work. Much like going to a doctor or therapist, we need to understand what’s causing stress before knowing how to treat it. In this class, we will understand and find remedies for our distress and break down how to apply the treatment in a way we can commit to doing every day.
Steps:
Name it- Recognize the symptoms and origin of your stress/overwhelm/burnout. See the patterns and stress’s effect on your personal life and business.
Change it-We will make a prescription for change and find ways to apply your treatment to feel better.
