Sound Weaving Bath and Meditation with Rebecca Holt

Wednesday, October 24th | 5:30pm | Goldminer’s Daughter Yoga Room | $5 | Pre-registration required

EVENT FULL.

Through her practice of Sound Weaving, guided meditation, and breathing practices, Rebecca creates a safe space where participants can step out of the daily routine and surrender into the deep relaxation of the present moment.

A “sound bath” is an immersive, sensory experience, offering the opportunity to turn off the busy mind, open the heart and calm the spirit. A moment in time for you to be enveloped in a wave of therapeutic tones, it's a session to reset and renew. During a Sound Weaving bath with Rebecca, you will be lying back in a restful space, closing your eyes and relaxing into healing sound. Crystal Singing Bowls produce resonating tones that are heard by the ear and felt in the body, with specific tones supporting the energy centers (chakras) in the body for balancing and meditation.

A Sound Weaving bath with Rebecca is an inclusive experience. There is no experience of sound therapy or meditation required to enjoy the benefits. Find your place on your comfortable mat, under a warm blanket, and let the soothing tones of the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls wash over you. When you leave, you might notice a range of possible benefits, including reduced stress, improved sleep, better concentration, and increased creativity.
