Join ACE and Tracy of Van Kwartel Flavor Science and Cecret Mercantile! After a presentation on traditional ingredients, attendees will create two Caribbean mixes to take home, a wet rub for meats, poultry and vegetables, classically known as "green seasoning" and a chili powder rub that can be customized to the spice levels one desires - and leave with some recipes on how to use the mixes.
Each participant will receive an individual set of base ingredients to create the blends presented in class. There will be no sharing of utensils or items.
