In this class, students will learn a variety of ways to mix up their Thanksgiving feast. Whether it’s a recipe for two or for dishes for a crowd, everyone will leave with clever new inspiration. Plus, you know we’ll be tasting and drinking lots of fabulous ingredients throughout the night!

Katie Weinner is a chef who has worn many hats, including culinary professor, pop-up restaurant owner, and even a stint on the big screen, well, television screen. Now morphing into a funky fish artist and business owner.
