Playing on the snow heals the soul! We all know this. We also know that this winter is a bit different. With the extra precautions, limited social life, holiday realities, and general Covid buzz, give yourself some extra love. Join Charlene Smith, LCSW in exploring the different ways to honor yourself and take care of your mental health this winter. Learn the role of your nervous system and identify available resources that not only help you through the winter but will support you into the future.

Get a chance to ask questions and have your personal wonderings answered anonymously.

BONUS: Questions can be sent PRIOR TO THE EVENT via text to 801-712-6213 and will be anonymously addressed in the discussion.
