As a part of the Maker’s Meetup, ACE is excited to offer our first educational series class for artists with an experienced artist and market vendor, Sarah Snedaker. In this class, students will learn how to have a successful market season selling their wares. This class is geared towards folks who have handcrafted products and are planning on selling their products at an upcoming market. Perhaps you have a few markets in the bag, or you are dreaming of applying for your first big show. Students will leave with knowledge of how to make the most of the space you've got. We will go over all things markets - including what makes a good setup, how to show off your products better, best practices for applying, and how to have a thriving market season.
Sarah started making jewelry over eight years ago while living and working at the Alta Lodge. After eight years of doing numerous markets and selling her jewelry, she has learned a thing or two about what goes into having a successful market selling your wares. Sarah learned what works, and what doesn't and how to create a setup that makes an impact while maintaining efficiency.
ACE aims to create an inclusive and accessible environment for all of our attendees; please contact our Executive Director, Sara Gibbs, with any questions regarding accessibility.
