Come learn how to make your own fermented beverages and sodas at home with Cache Canning! This class opens the doors to a plethora of fun ferments that are not only easy and a blast to make, but healthy too! We will cover general fermentation, ingredient selection, safety, and sanitation, caring for SCOBY cultures, and the capture and use of wild yeasts. Each student will leave with two active ferments, as well as the knowledge and materials to continue brewing at home. This is a great place to start for those with no fermentation experience, but is also a fun new project for seasoned fermenters as well!
