gather and ground: winter walk

This will be a monthly walk with the intention of bringing the community together for connection and grounding in the winter months. We'll get some fresh air, connect, and learn some breathing techniques to calm the nervous system.

Siri grew up in Little Cottonwood Canyon, and loves every opportunity to bring our community together. She is an Energy Healing Practitioner, Ski Coach, and Breathwork Facilitator. In her free time, you'll find her recreating in the mountains and making art.
