Yoga in the Mountains

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25TH YOGA WILL BE HELD AT OUR LADY OF THE SNOWS!

This one hour class, taught by Marie Heywood will provide a breath to movement flow accompanied with meditative poses that will stretch and strengthen, uniting mind, body, and spirit. Some mats provided. Yoga classes funded by The Alta Clinic and housed by Goldminer’s Daughter Lodge.
