Breathing with Movement

Come on a hike in the beautiful Albion Basin with Energetic Healing Practitioner and long-time LCC local, Siri Wieringa. This will be a mellow hike - beginner hiking ability required. On our hike through Albion Basin, we not only will get to enjoy the amazing scenery, but also learn from Siri about how to use and focus our breath during physical activity.

MEETING POINT: Park in Alta’s Albion Basin parking lot at the end of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Meet between the Albion Grill and the ticket office before the entrance to the Albion Meadow trail.
