Join us for a fun handstand workshop! All abilities welcome and encouraged!

Sara was born and raised in Salt Lake and has had a hard time leaving the gorgeous mountains and desserts that surround us. She is currently going to Nursing school at the University of Utah, and will graduate this summer! She has been coaching gymnastics for the last 12 years, and got into the circus world about 9 years ago. Since then she’s done a little bit of everything including acro yoga, partner acrobatics, pole, trapeze, and silks. She’s been teaching acro yoga for about 5 years now.
