In the mountains of Utah, good pizza is non-existent. Like many of you, Rob Reinfurt was born and raised back East, where the thin crust pizza flows like wine. Unfortunately, he had to trade-in his pizza addiction for powder and say goodbye to the slices of NY. After a few years of hanger, he decided enough was enough and attempted to recreate the pizza of his past. After 20 years, he is getting really close to the perfect pie.

Part 1: ITS ALL ABOUT THE DOUGH
Ingredients needed:
bread flour (king arthur bread flour is the best)
salt
sugar
instant yeast (red star or fleischmanns are the easiest to find and work great)
round tupperware container to store dough
large bowl
a few drops of any oil
water
OPTIONAL
mixer and paddle (for example, a kitchen aid mixer)
OR a large bowl and wooden/plastic spoon
