We are hiring for the ACE Event & Marketing Director position.
Alta Community Enrichment, Inc. (ACE), is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. ACE’s mission is to create opportunities in arts, culture, and education for the enhancement and well-being of the Little Cottonwood Canyon community. Our vision is to create a welcoming and safe space where the community is empowered through arts, culture, & education.
Job Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Events Director to join our team. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, the Events Director will be the lead responsible for creating, managing, promoting ACE events, increasing attendance, maintaining ACE branding, and enhancing our online presence through social media and our website. This role also involves supporting the booking of Our Lady of the Snows venue.

Key Responsibilities
Research, develop, & manage programs and presenters consistent with ACE's mission
Create, schedule, & manage marketing for all ACE programs
Cultivate, increase, and sustain relationships with all presenters & programming attendance
Work closely with the Executive Director
Attend ACE Board Meetings (at least 4 out of 6 a year)
Available to attend year-round ACE events in Alta, which includes setup & breakdown. Can include weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, as the event schedule varies
Qualifications
Experience and working knowledge of design, production, and scheduling of emails, print materials, social media, event and web page management. If no experience in some areas, a willingness to learn
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Squarespace, Constant Contact, LinkTree, Zoom, Canva, Wufoo, and Humanitix
Experience and working knowledge of Google Suites(Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms)
Experience in developing, coordinating, and negotiating for existing and new programs
Mission-driven, self-directed, and adaptable
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Artistic vision and creative thinking
Strong interest in people who live, work, and play in LCC
Strong interest in local artists, educators, and culture
Strong interest in supporting the well-being of the community
