ace women’s circle- cancelled

Last Tuesday of Each Month | 3 PM | Our Lady of the Snows | Free | Sign-up Required

This month, we gather in circle to explore ceremony and ritual as a way of life—We’ll dive into the role they played in women’s lives across history, from the old ways that rooted communities to the small daily acts that can still anchor us today.

We’ll travel through history, uncovering the traditions and communal practices women have always carried, then reimagine how these timeless acts can support us now. Alongside this, we’ll meet a selection of adaptogenic herbs that help soften stress, spark joy, and support the nervous system—beautiful companions as the season shifts toward a slower, gentler pace.

Come gather, share, and leave with rituals and herbal allies to nourish you through the turning of the year.

This women’s circle is for anyone craving a deeper understanding of their whole health—mind, body, and spirit—in a space that feels supportive, honest, and real. It’s a place to root into shared wisdom, ask your questions about health, hormones, and nutrition, and learn practical tools for nourishing yourself on every level. Together, we’ll create community, connection, and clarity around what it means to truly care for ourselves as.

Lara studied nutrition and herbal medicine in Boulder, Colorado, driven by a deep belief in the power of women reclaiming their health and their history. Her Work is about more than wellness—it’s about community, connection, and remembering who we are beneath the noise. Through the lens of women’s history, she guides women back to their bodies with practical tools, herbal wisdom, and nourishment, so we can rise together, strong, clear, and rooted in our worth.
