Grounding Meditation

Join ACE and Morgan Parham as we tune into our center and ground our energy into Mother Earth. We will begin with a short pranayama practice then follow Morgan’s voice as she leads us to discover our inner self and remember what it feels like to connect with our root chakra. Please feel welcome to have any personal items near you that help you feel balanced and grounded. Some example items are: burning incense, a lit candle, crystals, mala beads, a pillow or blanket, a photo of a comforting place or person, a cup of warm tea. 

I invite you on this journey into yourself and into our root chakra to help make you feel stable, centered, balanced, and calm. I look forward to our meeting with open minds, open hearts, and open arms (virtually).
