Attendees will come and learn new exercises that will improve strength, mobility, and flexibility; ultimately helping the individuals prevent injury and feel their strongest whilst playing in the mountains. People should come wearing sneakers and workout clothes.
Sarah Hunt is a firm believer that putting time into your body outside of your prospective sport will allow you to feel stronger, push harder, and achieve your goals in the mountains. Sarah is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. She has worked in the fitness field for many years, and is a Ski Patroller at Alta. She practices what she preaches; staying strong outside of work allows her to do the job and stay in shape.
