Join ACE and Shelby Cazier, Energy Healer and Meditation Teacher. The body is meant to heal itself. Allow the Crystal Singing Bowls to reset the body's natural ability to heal itself through the para-sympathic symptom, clear energetic blocks in your energy field, and balance your chakras (energy centers). Unwind, destress, let go, release what no longer serves you in this sacred space. Diffusing of essential oils and smudging of the room will boost your immune system, relax the mind, and increase your energetic frequency. With intentions of supporting you to connect with your spiritual team, higher self, and higher power this is the space to do so. Please bring your own mask, yoga mat, and water. Optional: eye mask, blanket, pillow. Arrive 5-10 early as the class will begin promptly at 6PM.
