Learn from the pros of Beltex Meats how to make a roasted pork chop with chimichurri sauce from the comfort of your own home!  In this event we will be utilizing local protein to achieve its full flavor and meal planning options. We do suggest stopping by Beltex to purchase your protein. Ingredients and supplies will be provided after signing up. 

Our teacher, Marin, is East Coast-born and loves food. He was trained in the culinary arts in San Francisco. He moved to the mountain ranges to start a family and a career in food & beverage.
